Our fantastic pitches allow you to leave your caravan, campervan or motorhome on our holiday park for the entire season, giving you complete freedom to come and go as you please. Our next season will run from March 28th 2020 til October 24th 2020, giving you 7 glorious months to enjoy the best South Devon has to offer.
Our park is situated in a tranquil location, with stunning views overlooking the River Dart and surrounded by the great outdoors. It is a walkers, cyclists and boaters paradise; there are tons of gorgeous walking and cycling trails throughout the countryside, allowing you to make the most of the rural views, as well as a whole host of water sport activities available on and around the River Dart. So, pop out for a morning hike with your well-behaved pooch and enjoy the forest scenery, or hire a canoe or kayak and take a gentle paddle up the river. Whatever your favourite activity, there will be something for everyone in and around South Devon.
One of the amazing benefits of purchasing a seasonal pitch is that you don’t need to pack up and tow your holiday home back after each visit. Say goodbye to the added stress and hassle of having to pack and unpack and moving a large unit around! What’s more, we all know that the British weather can be somewhat unpredictable. A seasonal pitch allows you to be more spontaneous with your holidays as you have the freedom to visit whenever you so desire. So when England surprises us with an unexpected sunny weekend, pop down to Galmpton and enjoy a cold drink in a riverside beer garden!
Our seasonal pitches are available with a choice of service, hard stand electrical, grass electrical or non-electrical plots, each at a fantastically tempting price! Each pitch is conveniently located near to a range of facilities such as water connections, grey waste points and sparkling clean toilet and shower blocks. Wifi is also available throughout the whole park so all your friends at home can see how much of a fantastic time you and your family are having at Galmpton Touring Park.
If that isn’t enough, there are many more fun-filled activities to enjoy in the local area. There are frequent bus and train services to connect you to fabulous leisure attractions, shops and restaurants in Torquay, Paignton, Dartmouth and more. Or, take a short car ride to some of our beautiful blue flag beaches such as Blackpool Sands and Broadsands Beach.
To secure one of our highly sought after seasonal pitches in Devon, please email enquiries@galmptontouringpark.co.uk or give us a call on 01803 842 066 to register your interest today. Please advise us on the type of unit, size of unit and type of pitch you will be interested in as well as if you will have an awning. To secure your spot, a deposit of £400 will be payable by 18th October 2019. Full balance will then be due 28 days before the season commences (1st March 2020). You can choose to pay in instalments of your choice through the winter by logging into your customer portal or by posting us a cheque.
